I bought this rug for my kitchen and I have done everything to get the wrinkles out of it. When I first got it I turned it over and let it lay for a week and I put it down in my kitchen and I took these pictures a few minutes ago one year later and it still looks horrible. I should have sent it back after I put it in my kitchen but I keep thinking the wrinkles will come out after a while and they are still there and I am so upset with my self because it wasn’t cheap and today I am taking it up and don’t know what to do with it. I am sure they will not take it back because I have had it to long so I am just out a lot of money and stuck with a piece of junk. Please don’t buy anything from this company because there rugs are junk and cheap looking ?
