This is a beautiful piece of furniture. The ‘gray’ version actually has a lot of blue in it, creating a very flowery, lavender-ish look to it, just lovely.Great quality: drawer sides are solid wood with dovetail joints and soft close slides. The internal framing of the cabinet is quality plywood, no particle board or OSB. Every surface is well painted even throughout the interior. Note there is no back wall, not needed when all the side drawers are pull out and you want it to be open in the center cavity anyway for flexible plumbing.Customer service? Amazing. The seller (Kitchen Bath Collection) provides pictures of packaging so you can know what to look for when signing for the delivery. The seller even called me ahead of time with instructions on what to look for and how to note any questionable packaging observations on the delivery note. My initial order still ended up with a cracked countertop, which I think is a risk with this farmhouse style wraparound counter. The seller was extremely responsive and made everything right above and beyond expectations with the prompt replacement and pickup of the damaged unit. Learn from my mistake, dear reader: if buying this unit, refuse delivery if the box has been removed from the palette it was originally packed on.
